The main task of the Kawano UX Evangelist was to hold a regular meeting with the Fortune 500 company's design team almost daily. And with a sigh,

I think good design starts with the fact that the CEO needs to be as interested in the design as the designer himself.
Most people think Steve Jobs is the big picture of a product, but the truth is, it's not just the great product from above that great products are being negotiated, it's the feedback that designers, engineers, and others have received.

Facebook has thousands of designers, and Google has more than 1,000. When Cawano joined Apple, there were about 100 small designers of core software.
" I remembered my in-house designer face and everyone by name. Strangely, Apple didn't hire an Specialist designer.
Each of the designers had a new interface with icons. Thankfully Apple liked to hire engineers who were thinking in design, and the fundamental concept team began depending on them before creating a prototype to design a new application interface. This is all about having a smaller team and sharing a culture with developers and designers.
